Strings of Things
Jessica wanted a way to showcase and sell her beaded jewelry – which started as a hobby but has become increasingly popular for her.
I had a hand in everything on this project from the ground up: from identifying a name for her business, designing the entire look of the site, helping register the domain name, establishing a PayPal business account, setting up hosting, and then building the entire site.
I built the site on Wordpress so Jessica could be in control of updating the content. I modified the back end administration area so with one click she can add a new product that has all the code for the PayPal “Buy Now” buttons inserted automatically.
